¹⁶³ I despise and hate falsehood,
    but^[a] I love your instruction.^[b]
164 I praise you seven times a day
    because of your righteous ordinances.
¹⁶⁵ Great peace belongs to those who love your instruction,^[c]
    and nothing makes them stumble.
